Adventure Day Camp
Adventure Day Camp is a traditional day camp for children ages 4-14. In a low pressure, relaxed atmosphere, children gain confidence and skills in a wide range of summer camp activities. Activities include arts, sports, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, sailing, rock climbing, tennis, horseback riding, archery, drama, music, hiking, overnight campout, and much more. Children are assigned to small groups with one adult counselor. Home transportation is available from most areas including Oakland and Berkeley.

This summer, we have dance and musical theater classes for pre-school to middle schoolers. Dance Adventures (ages 3-5) 9:00-12:00
Campers explore weekly themes in a magical dance experience. Story dances are brought to life through costumes, props and crafts made daily. Dance Experience (ages vary) 1:00-5:00. Whether doing Hip-hop/Break Dancing, ballet, or tap (to name a few) dancers will refine dance moves and learn to improvise moves to music selections. All levels welcome. Little Musical Theater (ages 4-8) 1:00-5:50. For the child who loves to sing, dance and act. Campers learn a mini musical with all the costumes, lights, microphones and scenery in a supportive, stress free environment. STAGE DOOR CONSERVATORY offers children the opportunity to experience the joys of musical theater and performance, whatever their level of prior experience. Treasure Island Sailing Center
The Treasure Island Sailing Canter offers sailing and water sports lessons to youth, adult, and adaptive sailors. Beginner through advanced courses available for sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, and stand up paddle boarding! Groups and community organizations welcome. Scholarships are provided to all who meet the financial requirements. Visit our scholarship page to see if you or your youth group qualifies for free sailing lessons!

From our base camp in Golden Gate Park we will hike outdoors, meet live animal ambassadors, do hands-on activities including science, art, games, and songs. Tree Frog Treks makes science come alive, and your child will make new discoveries every day in our outdoor laboratory -- nature! Sharpen observation skills, search the sky, look for clues, smell the roses, and charge up your curiosity! Learn about marvelous nature right here in the city, gaining knowledge about local flora & fauna like hawks, slugs, salamanders and more. Come out and get eye to eye and toe to toe with your favorite Tree Frog Treks animals, like Jake the Corn Snake, Savannah the Monitor Lizard, and Neptune the Blue-Tongued Skink! We also have one of the best Counselor-to-Student ratios around, at no more than 8 to 1, which ensures your child won't get lost in the crowd! |

Urban Adventure Camp
Come explore with us!
Urban Adventure Camps is unique week-long day camp for children ages 8-15. Camp begins each morning at Rockridge Bart in Oakland where campers meet their group and begin their adventure. Each day we take exciting field trips to museums, parks, galleries, and various other urban attractions. Public transportation is used to travel between locations, thereby developing the campers’ knowledge and confidence when travelling within a city. Each session focuses on one of the following subject areas: physical science, natural science, history and art. Camp runs weekly from June 11 – August 31.
